According to the jury's assessment, Audi Brussels has actively demonstrated that it provides exceptional employment conditions in all facets of its operations. "Our forward thinking, targeted training and innovative work environment have gained us an excellent reputation. We are now going one step further by striving for individual working time models (such as the "plus-minus account"), thereby enabling employees to shape their careers on an even more individual basis", explains Director General for Human Resources, Erik Prieels.
As of this year, Audi Brussels staff will actively contribute to shaping the future of electric mobility: the company will begin exclusive production of the Audi brand’s first fully-electric battery-powered SUV for the global market. The plant is also receiving its own battery production facility for this purpose.
The Top Employer Institute rated Audi Brussels’ efforts to recruit new employees and provide plant staff with training extremely highly. Indeed, Audi Brussels is exemplary in terms of qualification, personal development opportunities and recruitment. The institute was also full of praise for their well-defined remuneration and compensation concepts (benefits and compensation).

And, since 2012, Audi Brussels has assumed a pioneering role in the field of vocational education in Belgium. Vocational education creates opportunities for young people and enables the Group to recruit highly qualified and competent professionals over the long term. Audi Brussels repeatedly tests existing role competencies and qualifications, and adapts them to technological developments.
