Practical guidelines

The tour and lunch (if applicable) have to be paid online via the secure payment module.

A company visit can be cancelled at the latest 14 working days before the visit. In case of late cancellation (less than 14 working days), the amount already paid for the tour will not be refunded. If you make a group booking, no refund will be made if the number of participants on the day of the visit is lower.

Practical details

  • Company visits are conducted from Monday to Friday, and start in the morning at 10.30 am and in the afternoon at 2.30 pm. Evening tours can also be arranged on special request.
  • Depending on the availability of the guides, we can offer several tours simultaneously in Dutch, French, English and German.
  • The "Einsteiger" visit takes place on foot. The "Effizienz" visit is partly conducted on foot and with shuttles.
  • Visitors must be sufficiently mobile. Visitors with certain medical restrictions, such as pacemakers, will not be admitted for safety reasons. Visitors with reduced mobility are advised not to take part in the visit. If necessary, Audi Brussels can provide two wheelchairs.
  • The Audi factory does not allow the use of cameras, video cameras, sound recording equipment or mobile phones of any kind. These items can be safely stored in the lockers provided in the visitors' pavilion.
  • We ask the visitors to wear comfortable CLOSED shoes during the tour, otherwise for safety reasons, it will not be possible to take the tour with them. For the ladies: do not wear stiletto heels or open sandals. Please pass this information on to all visitors.
  • A list of participants must be sent by e-mail at least 1 week prior to the tour. Changes in the participants must always be notified prior to the visit.
  • During the company tour, all visitors must wear a visual identifier provided by Audi Brussels.
  • Audi Brussels reserves the right to cancel visits in case of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a replacement date will be proposed.
  • Parking facilities are available free of charge at the Audi factory (P8 = visitor parking).
  • For additional information, please contact us by calling 02/348.21.11.
  • Please note: there is only a limited number of parking places.
