Audi Brussels is "Top Employer” for a second consecutive year

Audi Brussels offers employees an outstanding working environment and countless development opportunities. A fact that was reconfirmed this year when the Top Employer Institute once again awarded Audi Brussels the "Top Employer” title for its exemplary personnel policy. This prestigious accolade ranks Audi Brussels amongst the finest employers in the world for a second consecutive year.

According to the jury's assessment, Audi Brussels has actively demonstrated that it provides exceptional employment conditions in all facets of its operations. "We are extremely proud that Audi Brussels has once again been awarded "Top Employer" certification. This coveted recognition confirms that our HR policy is continuing its successful track", says Director General for Human Resources, Thomas Neuhaus. Audi Brussels employees will soon be shaping the future of electromobility: from 2018 the company will begin exclusive production of the brand with four rings’ first fully-electric SUV for the global market. The plant will also receive its own battery production facility for this purpose.

In addition to an attractive, flexible and performance-oriented remuneration policy and the various employee personal development opportunities, the jury also rated the company’s evolution process pertaining to managerial policy extremely highly. Audi Brussels was also one of the first employers in Belgium to introduce a comprehensive health management system for employees, including the "Audi Check-up” preventative health care program.

And, since 2012, Audi Brussels has assumed a pioneering role in the field of vocational education in Belgium. Vocational education creates opportunities for young people and enables the Group to recruit highly qualified and competent professionals over the long term. The company repeatedly tests existing role competencies and qualifications and adapts them to technological developments.
At present, Audi Brussels is primarily looking for a large number of technically skilled employees to collaborate on a new Audi e-tron success story. "This "Top Employer" recertification confirms that we are not only doing well in terms of technology; but also in terms of personal support for existing and future employees", says Director General, Thomas Neuhaus.

And it is not only Audi Brussels that is recognised as a valued employer. Audi also regularly receives top marks for employer attractiveness in Germany, Hungary and Italy. Audi Mexico also finished in the top 5 preferred employers shortly after the launch of its new plant. Audi China and Audi Japan additionally boast "Top Employer" certification.
